A memorial visitation will be Friday, April 21, 2017, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. A celebration of Herb’s life will be Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 10 a.m. at First Federated Church in Peoria. The Rev. Dr. Forrest Krummel will officiate. Burial will be in the church columbarium.
